Marina is the Sea Monster from the Monster High "Create-A-Monster" pack. I painted her torso to match her limbs, and rooted her hair using a mix of "Sea Nymph" and "Raspberry Sorbet" nylon hair from Dollyhair.com.

How do you root the hair? I have this same model and the wig is just horrible. I've never customized a doll before, so I don't really know how to root the hair.

Did you root the hair around the plastic cap thing in their heads or did you somehow manage to make holes in the plastic cap and reroot. I have got to know your tricks for this.
