EDIT TO ADD: I made this custom before Mattel gave her the name "Scarah Screams", so that is why I called her "Scary Lou". I'm kind of fond of the name, so she's keeping the name "Scary Lou".

I call this gal Scary Lou, though I don't know what her real name is. She is one of the background characters in the "Monster High" webisodes. I re-rooted her using saran hair purchased from dollyhair.com and completely repainted her face with acrylics.
